Scheduling Coordinators
Whether they greet you at the front desk by name with a friendly smile, by phone, or online through e-mail, our Scheduling Coordinators are here for you. Not only do Marcie and Sarah schedule appointments and control the phones, they assist with many other areas of the practice as well.

Treatment Coordinating Team
At your complimentary initial consultation, Tina and Susan will oversee and coordinate the new patient experience; they will walk you through the entire new patient process. Dr. German will complete a clinical examination and recommend the best course of treatment. You will learn about the different type of appliances, braces and Invisalign to include Invisalign teen. All aspects of care will be reviewed and your questions answered whether you are ready to begin treatment or are placed in our “Growth and guidance program” until the time is right to begin treatment. The Treatment Coordinators are here for you every step of the way.

Administrative Team
The administrative team keeps the administrative components of German Orthodontics running smoothly. Teri is our Chief Financial Officer. Kristi is our Insurance Coordinator and is an expert in her field. She also assists in financial situations and with our 3D imaging machine. Sandy is our Financial Coordinator and is able to answer any question you may have regarding finance and scheduling.

Orthodontic Clinical Team
Our orthodontic team is highly trained and dedicated to providing excellent orthodontic treatment while giving you gentle thoughtful and attentive care. We have over 125 years of combined experience. Our highly skilled orthodontic team is here to assist Dr. German with your care.
Patient center quality care is our primary objective with every patient. Our clinical team delivers the highest caliber of orthodontic care. Feel free to ask any questions of our clinical team, as they are well versed in every aspect of orthodontics.
Sarah is our Imaging Specialist. Her responsibilities include taking the pre-treatment diagnostic photographs and i-CAT 3D Images if indicated. The 3D pictures allow Dr. German to evaluate, diagnose and finalize each patient’s treatment plan to assure the best orthodontic result possible. We can only correct the problems we see, we see more with 3D than with conventional pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words. A 3D scan is worth a thousand pictures.
Our practice has utilized an in-office lab for fabricating and designing orthodontic appliances for over 25 years. Mary has managed our lab since its inception and is very skilled in the art of orthodontic appliance construction. Mary is instrumental in the production and quality of work that is completed on a daily basis. Our in-house lab allows Dr. German to oversee the fabrication of all orthodontic appliances, increasing the quality of care in our patient centered practice.
